This is a new product that we specially developed for pre-slitting mill stand of wire and bar rolling mill. It has excellent wear-resistant, heat resistant and shock-proof performance with hardness HSD78-81. It is easy to machine and difficult to disfigure. It can effectively control the product shape slit during rolling prodess.
Our average rolling capacity of its single groove is 3-5 times more than that of cast iron roll.Reducing the number of roll exchange, It greatly improved the efficiency of the rolling mill.
