Our HSS roll ring is used wide for seamless steel pipe mill line. It has excellent wear-resistant and shock-proof performance under thermal load with hardness HSD80-85. It will not burst and pass hardly changes during rolling progress. So it can ensure the size and surface quality of steel pipe. It is also easy to machine with CNC lathe.
Our average rolling capacity can be 3-5 times as much as Ductile Iron Roll Ring.It greatly improved the efficiency of the rolling mill.
